Installation
Fast & Efficient Integration - One Week Average
Every Trinity AX System that leaves our building is installed by Factory Certified Technicians. No matter if the integration is with a new or existing CNC machine, our Robotic & CNC specialists will work together to guarantee that your machine & the AX System are communicating correctly. With installations taking a week on average, your equipment will be ready for unmanned production without much spindle downtime.

Training
Simple Design & Intuitive Interface Make it Easy
Onsite Operator Training is given at the time & place of installation. This detailed training includes an overview of features, how to use the HMI interface, & general best practices to keep your system running to its fullest potential. We offer additional training online & at our Santa Clara & Ontario, California facilities. If you need assistance setting up your specific part production, we offer many levels of support, from hourly to complete turnkey. We aim to make your transition to lights-out production as smooth & pain-free as possible.
 
Preventative Maintenance
Protect your investment with a little care
Although our AX Systems do not pile up with chips, get filled with nasty coolant, or cut through hard metals at 40,000 rpm, they still need maintenance to run effective unmanned production. To complement your daily upkeep, Trinity offers an Annual Preventative Maintenance Program with a sixteen-point inspection checklist, including the replacement of high-wear parts & software updates.
